“Process Voltage and Temperature Calibration (PVTC) Engineer”

– Desirable:

– Spice level simulations is a must (for advance tech node)

– Strong understanding of circuit design

– Strong knowledge of device physics and digital design

– Understanding of logic architecture and exploration of layout knobs and RC effects

– Understanding of standard cell library characterization

– Understanding Python, tcl, perl language

– Understanding using Physical Design tools from at least one of the following EDA tool vendors in advanced process nodes, Synopsys (ICC2/Fusion Compiler) or Cadence (Innovus).

– Understanding using synthesis tools from at least one of the following EDA tool vendors in advanced process nodes, Synopsys (DC/Fusion Compiler) or Cadence (Genus).

– Minimum Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

– Work experience is a plus
