The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering offers a constantly evolving 5-year Program of Undergraduate Studies that covers a wide range of topics in Computer, Electrical and Communication Engineering, while at the same time allowing its students to specialize in any of the following areas:
(a) Fundamentals and Applications of Computer Science;
(b) Software Engineering and Information Systems;
(c) Hardware and Computer Architecture;
(d) Signals, Telecommunication and Networks; and
(e) Energy
Students may also register for joint courses on Business Administration, Entrepreneurship as well as Engineering Education, thus acquiring valuable skills for the job market.
In addition, the Department offers three Programs of Graduate Studies (PGS) leading to a Graduate Diploma of Specialization (GDS) in “Science and Technology of Electrical and Computer Engineering“, “Smart Grid Energy Systems” and “Applied Informatics“, or a Doctoral Degree (PhD).
