We would like to inform you about our department’s  alumnie’s speach, in cooperation with CERN, which is going to take place in Kordatos amphetheater, on Monday, 7 of November at 1400 – 16:00

What is the purpose of the largest laboratory worldwide in the High Energy Physics domain? How does it work and how can the graduate and under graduate students of the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department play an active role to its daily functionality and Nobel Prize winning results? This talk will try to provide answers to such questions, covering what CERN is and does, how it accomplishes its achievements and the purpose behind them, through the personal experience and the perspective of four graduates of the Department.
