The Program of Graduate Studies (PGS) in “Applied Informatics” leads to a Graduate Diploma of Specialization (GDS), equivalent to Master’s Degree. Detailed rules and regulations are listed in the Graduate Studies Rules Handbook (in greek).
There is a number of courses offered at the graduate level, group into the subject areas of the Department. In order to receive a GDS, students are required to successfully complete 16 graduate courses, 8 required and 8 electives, each of 7.5 ECTS units. The minimum duration of studies is 4 semesters and the maximum 8 semesters. Each year a number of teaching assistant scholarships are offered to first-year students.
